Readers’ Favorite Awards

readers favorite award certificateI’m thrilled to say that Red Tape made it into the top five of the Fiction-Mystery-Sleuth category in the Readers’ Favorite 2013 Book Awards Contest. Not bad for my first novel! Now I’m deciding about going to the awards ceremony in Miami in November. Airfare is a little pricey in November with Thanksgiving coming up, but I know it would be a great experience.  Decisions, decisions. And congrats to all the winners!

I also want to take a moment to thank the more than 32,700 readers who downloaded Red Tape this past month.  I greatly appreciate your support and I truly hope you enjoy the book! Leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads when you’re through and let me know what you liked and what you didn’t.  If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me through this website!

Be on the lookout for Red Tape’s sequel, Tax Cut coming in early 2014.  I hope you are all having a fun and safe Labor Day!

Good morning from sunny Cape May, New Jersey!

We are spending the week here on vacation–our first time heImagere!  We are staying bayside in a waterfront cottage, where we watch the dolphins swimming by at sunset. The baby is having a great time on the beach. We’ve checked out a couple of wineries and it’s off to the zoo later today.  We’re also planning on spending some time on the Wildwood Boardwalk this week.

On a different note, Apersand H is doing a book spotlight on Red Tape this week.  Check it out here:

Meanwhile, I hope all of you are having a great summer too.
